Services explained......

I charge £50 for a completely tailored monthly training plan, with unlimited email contact and reasonable phone contact each month.

Usually, I will start with a face to face meeting of an hour before any training plans can be given where we discuss goals, progress and constraints etc and draw up a season plan. Very often alongside this session I do a bike fit session with clients to ensure that they are set up perfectly on their bikes and transmitting optimum power to the pedals. This should only ever have to be done once and then I provide you with a diagram of your 'best fit' measurements so that should you change bikes you can set it up in exactly the same position. I have been doing bike fitting for some of the best European cyclists for 6 years now and learnt my system from the 'Hinault' French system while I was racing in France.

Basically. Any consultation is charged at £40 per hour for monthly plan subscribers and the bike fit is £50 per bike and I can work out a specially discounted price for people who need to have two bikes set up at the same time.

Some athletes have benefit greatly from doing some one to one training sessions with me where we have work on key skills and try out new sessions together so that correct technique is observed and they too are charged at £40 per hour.
So- basically- £50 per month is for the training plan and email / phone contact (following a 1 hour consultation.

All other one to one sessions are £50 per hour or £60 for a 2 hour coached session.

Bike fitting is £50 per bike and takes around an hour depending on how much needs doing. As a gauge by the way, if you go to some of the well publicised bike fitting shops in London  to have a bike fit it will cost around £150 and tends not to be as personalised  and specific they rely heavily on predictive computer software, whereas my system is based on muscular tension and observation of the individual.

It should be noted that I do also coach a few pure cyclists and in doing so, draw on my experience as a former Elite Continental road racer. If that's your game, whether it's road racing, time trialling or mountain biking then drop me an email to chat about where you want to take your sport.

So. there you have it.  It's a bit like pick n mix. You can have what you like, but I obviously can't give a monthly training plan without having had the initial consultation face to face and I would strongly recommend the bike fitting at the beginning to ensure that all your hard work isn't being wasted by an inefficient position on the bike.

Any further questions? Do you require help with something bike/run that isn't listed above?
